Refund policy

We hope that every order received from Fratelli Figini meets your expectations; however, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the purchased items, you can return them free of charge or exchange the size within 14 days of delivery.Each product can be replaced only once. Following a replacement, you can return the product for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

The Right of Withdrawal or Size Exchange is subject to the following conditions:

• It applies to the Product purchased in its integrity. It cannot be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories of the product.
• The substantial integrity of the item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
• The Product must be kept with normal diligence and returned intact, complete in every part, free from signs of wear or dirt, must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
• Any item returned to us damaged, dirty, or in less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. During the fitting of shoes or while deciding whether to keep them, please ensure that the soles are protected and resting on a clean surface.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods (e.g., custom-made clothing products upon the express request of the customer) or goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are at risk of deteriorating or altering rapidly.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging complete in all its parts.
• To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by us. In all cases, the application of labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

Courier Fees: The cost of the carrier for returns is at the expense of the consumer.

Colors: Every effort has been made to ensure that the colors of each product are displayed on the website as accurately as possible. However, given the variety of computer models and screens, we cannot guarantee that the color rendering on your monitor is completely faithful.

Refunds: We will refund you within 14 days from the return of the goods, in the same currency net of shipping costs, if any. All items that are successfully returned will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of ordering.The time required for the refunded amount to appear on your account depends on the issuing credit institution.In the case of payments made via PayPal, refunds will be credited to the PayPal account itself and will be immediately visible.The refund times for the credit card associated with your PayPal account depend on the issuing institution.In the case of payments made by bank transfer, it is your responsibility to promptly provide us in writing with the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code and account holder's name).

Please note that no item can be returned to us without prior notice, and all return requests must be made by sending an email to admin@fratellifigini.com with "RETURN" as the subject.Items returned without prior notice may not be refunded.

Returns Beyond the Deadline: Return requests must be submitted to us within 14 days from the receipt of the items. Requests received afterward will not be accepted. Possible exceptions will be applied at the discretion of Fratelli Figini. Subsequently, the items must be returned to the address indicated on the return label. To ensure the best service and expedite the refund process, please hand over the goods to the courier as soon as you receive the necessary documentation.
